Although we are not responsible for determining the age of our users, we may carry out verification checks. EMOBIL SNC informs the user that he/she has right to request access to and rectification or erasure of his/her personal data, or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing to EMOBIL SNC a written communication to address of EMOBIL SNC (Milentija Popovića 5v/34, 11070 Beograd) of or by sending an email to info@emobil.rs to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, always providing a copy of the identification document or any other document proving it. EMOBIL SNC reserves itself the right to verify at any time the truthfulness of the personal data provided by the Participant.
